Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are looking for a native French-speaking Sales Development Representative with a strong background in recruitment, SaaS, or both. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-touch sales and account management services to clients across the UK and Europe. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple client needs simultaneously, deliver results consistently, and operate with ownership and ambition. Key Responsibilities Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects Manage outbound and inbound sales activities with a focus on account growth and retention Provide structured onboarding and ongoing client management Use tools like Salesloft and Salesforce to track progress and optimize performance Ensure timely delivery of proposals, updates, and responses to client needs Collaborate with internal teams to align on product and service offerings Meet and exceed KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and upselling 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client outreach Native French speaker with professional fluency in English Proven background in recruitment, SaaS, or both Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Confident communicator and natural relationship builder Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales engagement tools like Salesloft Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup
