Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in the US. Utilize lead generation techniques to identify and qualify prospects. Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments with qualified leads. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics. Strong English communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment. Resilience and a positive attitude when handling rejection. Ability to follow scripts and adapt to different calling scenarios. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
