People like you.  The opportunity.  Join us in this exciting opportunity to work with a driven and dynamic team of Technology Account Partners. As a pivotal member of our EMEA team, you’ll help drive Technology Account Partner initiatives within the Insurance sector across Europe. Your influence will resonate through every stage of our engagement with customers, helping to shape and develop our commercial strategy. You’ll work closely with Sales, Alliances, Solution Engineering, Delivery, Marketing and Product teams on a day-to-day basis.   We’re looking for someone with deep technical and business acumen, capable of demystifying complex concepts with clarity and impact. You’ll dive deep into customer engagements, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers. Be the go-to specialist for articulating the value of our technology at our customers, forging trust with a range of stakeholders through relatable and compelling dialogue.   As part of Quantexa’s Technology Account Partner team, you’ll spearhead the initial connection between customers and Quantexa, laying the foundation for long-term success and growth.   What you’ll be doing. Leading and driving the success of the EMEA Insurance Technology Account Partner team by supporting, mentoring, and developing team members whilst fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.   Working with the EMEA Technology Account Partner Lead to further develop and grow the wider Technology Account Partner team  You will be an integral part of the with the wider GTM Insurance team, working to drive customer health and expansion at existing customers  Advising on the power of data, you’ll understand the power of the customer's data and how the Quantexa solution can drive insights and actions from it to create value for the customer.   You will understand key deployment options and decisions at an enterprise level, and steer customers and internal teams to deliver the right solution for the problem.  You will be an integral part of the account team for selected strategic Insurance customers, defining the account strategy to enable sustained business value using the Quantexa platform.  You’ll take ownership of defining the strategy and vision for decision intelligence across the entire customer enterprise, for our strategic Insurance customers.   You will work closely with product, delivery, and our strategic partners at Quantexa to ensure alignment with the Customer’s goals, adherence to Blueprints, expected value realisation through project and proving stages, scoping and setting up projects for success.  You will make sure that the Quantexa platform is adopted operationally.   You will own key executive relationships and ensure appropriate governance is in place. You will ensure customers renew and expand their relationship with Quantexa.   You will support the growth and development of the Technology Account Partner team within Quantexa.  What you’ll bring.  Customer Focus: Your dedication to understanding customer needs is paramount. You consistently align with the core problems at hand, ensuring you grasp both the broader picture and the intricate details. You communicate effectively with senior level business and technology customers and convey confidence in sharing your perspectives. You are adept at helping customers define a strategic roadmap that enables them to realize the value of their Quantexa products.   Technology Expertise: You will understand data or specialise in one of our solution domains within Insurance, including data management, financial crime, fraud detection or customer intelligence. You have platform implementation experience, understand the challenges faced by customers, and bring credibility through proven results. You will have strong technological proficiency in data-powered, analytical solutions such as Entity Resolution, Graph Generation, or Advanced Analytics.   Relationship Management: You have significant experience working with clients and a proven aptitude for fostering and nurturing executive relationships.  Customers should feel assured of your dedication, viewing you as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.  Consultative Approach: With an analytical mindset, you evaluate challenges from various perspectives. Collaborative in nature, you work alongside customers and internal teams to delineate and implement the most effective solutions. You have experience in a consulting role and are comfortable working with internal teams and customers to bring value.    Teamwork: You have experience working across functions to create effective collaboration, driving best practices, and can provide clear and concise customer feedback to internal teams. Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor technical teams, with a focus on development, collaboration, and driving high performance in customer-facing environments.   You’ll be a team player internally across Quantexa teams and externally, building strong relationships is core as we are better as a team.  Preferred Experience & Core Competencies. Experience in a Client Partner role or a comparable consulting, customer-facing, or enterprise sales position. Proven experience in enterprise software or services, including selling, implementation, or delivery. Demonstrated credible product and technology expertise within the insurance industry. Strong ability to build, develop, and maintain executive-level relationships. Willingness and ability to travel as required.
