Closing Date: 13th March 2026 We have an opportunity for an experienced Partnership Communications Manager to join our growing commercial and communications functions. This role sits at the intersection of Partnerships, Comms and PR, acting as a strategic communications lead for Team partners. Reporting primarily into the Chief Partnerships Officer, with a secondary line into the Head of Media & Public Relations, the role will ensure partner storytelling, content, and communications are executed to the highest standard while remaining fully aligned with the Team’s brand, tone of voice, and Formula 1 ® regulations. As an established communications professional with experience in elite sport, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Partnerships team and will be a key point of contact at events, providing on‑site leadership across partner communications, approvals, content capture, and media alignment. ·       Act as communications lead for Partnerships, advising on brand standards, tone of voice, and partner storytelling ·       Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop, produce and publish high-quality partner content and campaigns ·       Manage the partner approvals process, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and Formula 1® regulations ·       Provide at-track and event communications support, leading content capture, driver briefings and partner activations ·       Support partner media activity, including press releases, interviews and coordination with PR and journalists ·       Act as a key liaison between Partnerships, Media & PR, Marketing, Digital and Editorial teams to ensure aligned messaging ·       Measure and report on partner content performance, providing insights to optimise future activations ·       Serve as a Formula 1® technical specialist, ensuring accuracy and relevance across all partner communications Driven by high performance What do you need to bring to the team? Proven experience in Sports Partnerships, Communications, or Media, ideally within Formula 1®, motorsport, or elite global sport Strong understanding of Formula 1® operations, regulations, and technical landscape, with the ability to translate this into compelling partner narratives Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines Confident working in a consultative, cross‑functional role, influencing without direct authority Demonstrated experience in creative storytelling, writing, and content development Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally Comfortable operating in high‑pressure, track‑side environments with a flexible and proactive approach Willingness to travel and work non‑standard hours in line with the demands of The Cadillac Formula 1® calendar A collaborative team player with a can‑do mindset and attention to detail A team like no other.
