The role focuses on equipping external partners, such as resellers or distributors, with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to successfully sell and support a company's products or services. The goal is to enhance partner performance, create brand consistency, and foster long-term, high-value relationships through a blend of marketing, training, and enablement strategies.  Key Responsibilities:   Develop and implement enablement programs:  Create and manage comprehensive programs that include onboarding, product training, and skill development for partners. Create and manage content:  Develop and maintain a centralized library of sales and marketing collateral, such as presentations, battlecards, case studies, and demo scripts. Deliver training:  Design and deliver training sessions, webinars, and other educational content to keep partners informed and skilled on product updates and sales techniques. Act as a liaison:  Serve as a key point of contact between the company and its partners, ensuring alignment and addressing their needs. Analyze performance:  Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like activation rates, deal registrations, and training completion to measure program effectiveness and report on results. Collaborate internally:  Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and strategies are aligned. Customize content:  Tailor enablement content to different partner types and their specific market needs.  What Your Future Looks Like in This Role: Establish Omada by TP-Link as a most valued and recognized vendor in the channel Creation of a Best-In-Class solutions to further help partners win Help develop Product Launch and Promotion campaigns to drive market share Create value for the company and partner community through solutions marketing Requirements: What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a preference for B2B and solutions-focused roles in technology and channel. Proficiency in writing, editing, and developing engaging content. Experience in sales, partner management, or a related enablement role. Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and channel partnerships. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Technical aptitude and a good understanding of the company's products or services. Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
