The Job in a Nutshell💡 We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic International Senior Sales Executive to generate and close new business globally. You will own the full sales cycle across international markets—building pipeline through outbound prospecting, converting inbound opportunities, and developing a strong referral channel to consistently grow revenue and expand Foodics’ international footprint. What Will You Do❓ Generate and develop new international leads and enterprise opportunities through structured outbound activities. Identify target segments, build prospect lists, and execute outreach via calls, email, networking, and market mapping. Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution presentation/demos, proposal/quoting, negotiation, and closing. Maintain a strong pipeline and meet daily/weekly/monthly activity and revenue targets. Handle inbound international requests (direct leads and referral-submitted opportunities) with clear SLAs: rapid response, qualification, and structured follow-up until closure. Qualify opportunities based on fit, urgency, stakeholders, and commercial potential; ensure clean handoffs internally when needed. Keep stakeholders updated and maintain a high-quality customer experience from first contact to signed agreement. build and grow an international referral network to generate consistent lead flow. Identify, approach, and onboard referral partners across priority markets. Establish repeatable processes for referral registration, tracking, conversion, and partner engagement. Maintain strong relationships, run periodic pipeline reviews, and drive activation to increase referral performance. Use CRM consistently to manage pipeline stages, activity logs, forecasts, and next steps. Track performance metrics, report weekly/monthly results, and communicate risks/opportunities clearly. Collaborate cross-functionally (implementation/onboarding, finance, legal, operations) to ensure smooth contracting and onboarding. Consistently meet or exceed targets and KPIs, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability. Operate with an agile, startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment. What Are We Looking For❓ BS/BA degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. 3–5+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS / Software / IT services (or similar B2B environment). Proven track record in managing and closing mid-market to enterprise deals. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven and comfortable working with CRM and sales reporting. Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus). Previous sales experience in : Qatar, Bahrain, Europe and other international markets. Self-starter who can work independently across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
