Demands management, prioritization. CV assessment. Clarification w agency, cdd, HM. Send qualified CV to HM and RT. Backfill int scheduling if required. Chase for int Feedbacks / flag ambiguous feedbacks. Reassess failed profiles for another suitable demand. Weekly cadence with Agency, TA, Practices. Negotiation with HM on cdd acceptances, assisted by PL. Work with TA on CDD negotiations for closure, if required. Prepare reports. Team/client management. Update all trackers / Agencies of int status/outcome. Validate hiring details. Priority on Scheduling of interviews. Profiles assessments / validation and screening. Chase for int Feedbacks. Weekly cadence with Agency, TA, Practices. Attend client daily cadence. Update all trackers.
