ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Technical Operations Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital commerce operations. You will work closely with our eCommerce Development Operations teams to support the day-to-day development operations of our global eCommerce platform. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Assist in the daily monitoring of eCommerce platform to ensure system health, performance, and uptime. Help to set up our performance environment to run performance script. Support the team in troubleshooting technical issues related to build and deploy process. Participate in testing activities for new features, deployments, and platform upgrades. Assist in creating and maintaining operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles in Confluence. REQUIREMENTS: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, eCommerce, or related field. Strong interest in eCommerce, digital operations, and technical problem-solving. Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs, data feeds) is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Eagerness to learn and take initiative in solving problems.
