You choose day or nights!Each day shift starts at 9am and ends between 4-7pm.Each night shift starts between 3-5pm and ends an hour after close, around 1am.You are accountable for everything that happens within your shift. Whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits. This includes ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example because your team will follow every example you give.
