We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Engineer with deep backend engineering expertise to design, build, and operate enterprise-grade distributed systems.This role is ideal for engineers who bring strong problem-solving skills, system design experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across backend, UI, product, and platform teams. Exposure to modern UI technologies is a plus for delivering end-to-end solutions.What You Will Do:Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services using GolangArchitect and develop microservices and APIs that support mission-critical applicationsCollaborate with Product Managers, UI engineers, and other backend engineers to deliver reliable, end-to-end featuresDesign and deliver applications using Golang, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and related technologiesEnsure application security, reliability, observability, and compliance with best practicesOptimize services for performance, scalability, and fault toleranceParticipate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisionsMentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvementWhat You Will Bring:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical fieldMinimum 7 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in GolangStrong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design, with excellent problem-solving skillsProven experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs (gRPC is a plus)Solid working knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL; exposure to NoSQL databases is a plusExperience working with Kafka or other messaging/event-streaming platformsHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practicesExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environmentsWhat Gives You an Edge:Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, AngularWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with backend technologies such as Java and PythonUnderstanding of front-end integration, performance, and responsive design principlesReady to build what's next?
