We value a customer-first mentality, iterative exploration, and peer design critiques to elevate the quality of our work while supporting strategic business priorities.About the RoleAs Aurora's Head of Design, you'll lead the design of the products that 7,000+ solar professionals rely on every day. You'll grow the team by setting clear goals, giving sharp feedback, and creating the conditions for designers to do the best work of their careers. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, and the rest of the company to make sure what we build reflects a real understanding of our customers and a high bar for craft.
