Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results. What You’ll DoWe’re looking for an Office Operations Manager who can both run a high-functioning local office (Chicago) and help design and scale our broader workplace strategy across the U.S. This role is based in our Chicago office and is expected to be in-office 4–5 days per week to support day-to-day operations, employee experience, and on-site execution.This is not a facilities-only role.
