This is a generalist role, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, likes to work across teams, and wants to own outcomes. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to solve critical problems—whether that means improving how we go to market, refining client onboarding, or building internal systems that help us operate smarter.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive cross-functional strategic projects across the full customer lifecycle—from improving sales performance and pricing strategy to optimizing implementation and post-sale processesAnalyze client workflows and usage to identify opportunities for automation, deeper product adoption, and better outcomesWork closely with Sales, Product, and CS to refine how we position and deliver value to customersDesign internal processes and playbooks to support scale—across sales, onboarding, support, or customer expansionPartner with leadership to uncover insights that guide product roadmap, GTM strategy, and operational prioritiesBuild internal reporting, forecasting, and process improvements to increase efficiency across teamsServe as a connector between teams—keeping complex initiatives on track, communicating progress, and making sure execution matches strategic intentAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamMove at rocket speed, build something massive.We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package.
