This isn’t just internal ops; we’re looking for someone who wants to get close to the customer, understand what drives value, and work directly with sales, product, and leadership to scale what works. You’ll shape how we position, sell, and deliver our product to the market.This role is ideal for someone with a consulting or high-performance strategy background who’s ready to own outcomes, not just advise on them. You’ll have the chance to move fast, work across functions, and influence everything from sales plays to customer expansion and enterprise pricing.Key Responsibilities Identify where and how we win by analyzing customer conversations, win/loss trends, competitive insights, and sales performanceOwn and execute projects that directly improve sales velocity, conversion rates, and expansion outcomesWork directly with AEs, CSMs, and clients to refine how we communicate value, deliver ROI, and differentiate from competitorsDesign and implement scalable playbooks for pricing, sales strategy, onboarding, and post-sale successServe as a thought partner to Sales and Product leadership, bringing insights that drive product roadmap and GTM prioritizationRun competitive deep-dives and enable the team with actionable intel and training Build internal operating rhythms - reporting, forecasting, process optimization - to help the GTM org run smarterMove at rocket speed, build something massive.We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package.
