We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Deal Operations Analyst to support and scale our deal booking and contract generation process for our Commercial Org. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal and is critical to ensuring deals are booked accurately, efficiently, and compliantly.You’ll own contract generation, deal review, and process improvement initiatives, while also supporting broader sales operations needs such as data hygiene and ad-hoc operational projects. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on detail, takes ownership, and enjoys improving systems and workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild customer contracts for the Commercial Sales Organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved commercial termsReview and activate deals as part of the deal-booking process, validating pricing, approvals, compliance, and required documentationOperate daily within Salesforce and CPQ, including opportunity management, quoting, approvals, and order submissionIdentify opportunities to improve and streamline the Quote-to-Cash process, reducing cycle time and errorsMaintain high standards for deal compliance and documentationPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal on complex or non-standard deal structuresSupport ad-hoc Sales Operations initiatives, with a particular focus on data hygiene and system accuracyTake ownership of operational projects from start to finish, driving execution and follow-throughAttract top-tier talent to join our driven teamMove at rocket speed, build something massive.We’re scaling fast, solving real client problems with precision and ambition. If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.Requirements2–6 years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a related roleStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce (required)Experience working with CPQ tools (required)Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with complex contracts and pricing structuresProven ability to take ownership of projects and improve processes independentlyStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyWillingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a weekNice to HaveExperience with RCA or similar Salesforce-based deal/quote automation toolsFamiliarity with contract concepts such as MSAs, SOWs, pricing approvals, and renewalsExperience supporting data hygiene, reporting, or analytics initiativesWhy JoinGrowth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
