The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.What you’ll do as a Channel Manager, DACH at Vanta:Drive net new pipeline and ARR for the DACH region via a book of channel partners, specifically resellers and VARsEnable and build relationships with existing Vanta partnersDirect a one-to-many approach to developing business within the regionBuild one-to-one relationships with key partners across DACHManage your pipeline effectively, working alongside Account Executives in the business to close dealsHow to be successful in this role:4+ years of channel partner experience working within software/SaaSMust be able to work 3 days per week in our Dublin or London office with 2 days at homeBe fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills in both languagesExcellent cross-functional team player that can execute and can contribute to strategyHighly driven self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environmentCustomer focused approachExperience in operations, with an ability to help create and organize business processes and systemsUnderstanding and experience with IT Service Providers and the IT Channel.
