You’ll be a central partner to our enterprise sales & community teams—translating high-level product narratives into localized initiatives that accelerate deal cycles, grow adoption with the community, and deepen customer relationships.What You'll DoDrive experiential events & programs for our Enterprise business: Execute creative field events (e.g., trade shows, Enterprise hackathons, webinars) that engage enterprise buyers at various stagesOrganize engaging events for our community of builders to support our B2C business like hackathons, livestreams, AMAs etcCollaborate with sales & cross-functional teams: Serve as the marketing liaison to sales, product marketing, and community teams to ensure seamless go-to-market executionOwn pipeline reporting & optimization: Track performance metrics, propose improvements, and tie field programs directly to revenue goalsManage budget & resources: Oversee budgets, vendors, and tools to maximize ROI for field marketing initiativesChampion Replit’s mission: Incorporate Replit’s messaging and customer education in all field campaignsRequired Skills & Experience3 to 5 years of experience in field roles within technology companies, preferably from startup environmentsExperience organizing virtual or in-person events, hackathons, build sessions with developers or buildersProven ability to align marketing programs with multi-touch enterprise buyer journeysExperience partnering with multinational enterprises or portfolio brands, showcasing the ability to navigate diverse regional landscapesBonus QualificationsAble to thrive in a fast environment sometimes with little or ambiguous information.Experience running/coordinating a wide variety of events (exec dinners, hackathons, trade shows, pop-ups, activations, etc.)Baseline familiarity with the AI, SaaS, or tech space, ideally with some experience in thoseOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.This is a full-time role that can be held from our Foster City, CA office.
