You will work closely with clients to gather the necessary documentation, verify compliance requirements, and provide clear instructions on how to navigate our services.Your role will involve answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering support as businesses integrate into our system. Staying up to date with industry regulations, you will ensure that each onboarding meets all compliance and security standards. With your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach, you will help new business clients feel confident and well-supported, ensuring their journey with us begins on the right foot.The opportunityFacilitate the onboarding of Business clients, ensuring a seamless process and delivering an exceptional, 6-star experience in every interactionConduct thorough client research and communicate effectively with clients via email.Perform Know Your Business (KYB) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) practicesAdhere to Kraken’s AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with Quality and Risk guidelinesIdentify and escalate suspicious documents to the appropriate teams for further investigationCollaborate on departmental and cross-functional projectsUpdate and maintain client information as requestedCollaborate with team members to achieve business objectivesIncorporate client feedback to continuously improve the onboarding processSkills you should HODLA minimum of 1+ years of experience KYB-related roles in financial services, crypto, technology and/or client support roles.Basic understanding of regulatory KYB/CDD and AML requirementsKnowledge of business models, various corporate structures and beneficial ownership requirementsPassion for delivering a 6-star client experience, honing the ability to handle multiple client inquiries efficiently with strong attention to detail, while balancing response times and quality of serviceWillingness to work non-traditional hours and weekends as scheduled per business needSecurity and privacy mindedExcellent analytical, problem solving, and written English communication skillsComfortable working in fast paced environments with a goal-oriented mindsetOpenness to work with cross-functional teams to solve client issuesPeople-centered, supportive, flexible and a team playerWillingness to quickly adjust to changing products, services, or company policies in the fast-evolving crypto industryNice to havesProficient in using AI tools for day-to-day operationsIntermediate or advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / MS ExcelProven experience with cryptocurrency, either as a user or through trading activities.Fluency in any of the following languages: French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Russian, Turkish, Chinese and/or KoreanThis is a fully remote role requiring English fluency.
