You'll work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to produce highly polished, brand-focused video content that elevates our presence across all platforms. Over time, you'll help evolve Kalshi's visual storytelling, push creative boundaries with new formats, and set the standard for excellence as we scale.What You’ll DoCreate highly polished, brand-focused long-form and short-form videos that elevate our brand expression across all platforms and marketing materialsCollaborate with creative and product teams to translate our latest UI and product releases into compelling video content, bringing concepts from idea to final cut Incorporate and create bespoke motion graphics from scratch—tailored to each project's unique needsMaintain a consistent brand look and feel across all video content, working within established brand guidelines while finding opportunities to push creative boundariesEdit and optimize video content for various platforms including social media, web, paid advertising, and brand campaignsAssist with storyboarding, concepting, asset organization, and post-production workflows Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining exceptionally high creative and technical qualityManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentWhat You Bring0–6 years of experience in video editing, post-production, or a related creative roleStrong proficiency with video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)A vision, passion, and endless energy to create fresh, standout visuals in a fast-paced environmentExceptional understanding of pacing, storytelling, visual composition, and motion design principlesStrong portfolio demonstrating video editing work that incorporates various brand guidelines and showcases your art directionProven ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across projectsStrong attention to detail and a refined creative eye for polished, professional visualsAbility to take direction, incorporate feedback openly, and work collaborativelyExperience creating and incorporating motion graphics and visual effectsBonus PointsDesign background and familiarity with Figma and UI animationExperience with Cinema 4D or other 3D tools and workflowsFamiliarity with X (Twitter), online culture, crypto, and financeExperience creating content for social-first or performance-driven campaignsAbility to concept and art direct ideas as well as execute them end-to-end Interest in prediction markets, finance, or technology-driven productsNYC Pay Transparency Disclosure:Salary Range: $110,000 to $150,000 annually plus equity and benefits.This range reflects current market data for this role.
