Riveron is seeking a Legal Operations Associate in India to support the day-to-day execution of its internal legal and compliance processes.This role will work closely with Riveron's Chief Legal Officer, Deputy General Counsel, Counsel, Corporate and Compliance, other Legal Operations team members and cross functional partners across Finance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership.The Legal Operations Associate will help drive consistency, responsiveness, and operational discipline across contract administration, conflicts, compliance workflows, corporate records, outside counsel coordination, and legal intake processes. This person will play a key role in helping the legal team scale efficiently while delivering practical, timely support to the business.Who You Are:Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification, compliance certification, or similar relevant training preferred3+ years of relevant experience in legal operations, contracts administration, compliance, paralegal, or similar legal support rolesExperience supporting an in-house legal team, law firm, consulting firm, or other professional or technology services business strongly preferredExperience working with contract lifecycle management, legal intake, compliance tracking, entity management, document management, or similar legal operations processes preferredExperience supporting legal and compliance matters related to client engagements, vendor due diligence, KYC, licensing, registrations, or corporate governance preferredStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at onceHighly responsive, organized, and detail orientedStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound judgment and a practical, solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work effectively both independently and in cross functional teamsAbility to operate successfully in a dynamic, fast moving, entrepreneurial environmentComfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretionAbility to create clear documentation, improve processes, and support a high standard of operational executionWhat You’ll Do:Coordinate legal intake, routing, and tracking processes to help ensure timely responses and visibility across the legal team's workSupport the legal conflict check process by gathering information, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholdersAdminister contract workflows, including intake, template selection, version control, signature tracking, file management, and status reportingMaintain legal templates, playbooks, trackers, and standard operating procedures in partnership with internal counselCoordinate compliance related requests, including KYC, due diligence, entity registration, licensing, and other vendor or client driven requirementsMaintain corporate records, legal entity information, and organized repositories for key legal and compliance documentsSupport litigation and claims administration, including document collection, legal hold coordination, subpoena support, and insurance reporting logisticsPartner with Finance on client payment related communications and other administrative legal support needsCoordinate with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on offer letter, employment agreement, and onboarding related documentation workflowsTrack outside counsel matters, invoices, budgets, and reporting as neededHelp evaluate and improve legal processes, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency, consistency, and service levelsPrepare summaries, status updates, and operational reporting for legal leadership and key internal stakeholdersAbout Riveron:At Riveron, we partner with clients—from global multinationals to high-growth private entities—to solve complex finance challenges, guided by our DELTA values: Drive, Excellence, Leadership, Teamwork, and Accountability.
