This is a rare opportunity to have a front row seat and high level impact on each new vehicle product from two to four wheeled.What You Will Do Lead end to end development of top level CAD assemblies in CATIA facilitating team wide design iteration and release activities.Direct ownership of top level vehicle CAD including definition of mechanical and electrical interfaces, skeletons, hardpoints, maintain master sections and reference views, kinematic sweeps of steering and suspension components, etcLead Cross-Functional Packaging Workstreams including development of subsystem control volumes and interfaces, mass optimization, packaging, manufacturability, and serviceability.Lead Interference Detection and Resolution activities through frequent manual and automated interference checks. Manage interference resolution by tracking issue status and driving collaboration between subsystem engineering teams.Orchestrate Vehicle Level Assembly Simulations to detect clearance, assembly flight path, tool access and serviceability issues.Organize and Drive PLM Integration Activities. Manage top level CAD data lifecycle and audit subsystem lifecycle status.
