This is our first GTM-focused finance hire—a high-ownership and strategic role where you’ll build the models, forecasting processes, metrics, and reporting that shape how we invest in growth. You’ll work closely with our VP of Revenue, VP of Marketing, Head of RevOps, and Data Science team to turn data into decisions and impact.As an early finance hire, you’ll also contribute to broader company planning and help establish the foundations of our finance function. We are open to hiring at the Senior Manager or Manager level for this role.What You’ll DoPartner with GTM Leaders to Drive GrowthAct as a trusted finance partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, supporting both day-to-day decision-making and long-term strategyLead annual and quarterly planning for Sales and Marketing, including revenue, metrics, headcount, expense budgets, and investment prioritizationBuild and maintain sales capacity and productivity models to inform hiring pace, ramp expectations, and performance targetsPartner with Marketing to evaluate channel and program investments, helping ensure spend aligns with pipeline and revenue outcomesSupport pricing, deal evaluation, and other analyses that inform GTM strategy and investment decisionsOwn and Elevate GTM Forecasting & ReportingStrengthen forecasting rigor and improve how the company understands GTM performanceImprove and maintain ARR and revenue forecasting models, incorporating sales capacity, productivity, and other key drivers of revenue growthBuild clear reporting on pipeline health, conversion, sales productivity, and other key SaaS metricsPartner closely with RevOps, BizOps, and Data Science to ensure GTM metrics and reporting support accurate forecasting and decision-makingAnalyze GTM performance trends to identify key drivers and surface actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and company leadershipHelp Build a Scalable FP&A FoundationSupport company-wide budgeting, monthly reporting, and variance analysisContribute to board materials and company planning processesImprove financial models, reporting frameworks, and planning tools as the business scalesHelp define how FP&A partners cross-functionally across the organizationWhat We’re Looking For6+ years of progressive experience including FP&A, Strategic Finance, and/or GTM financeDirect experience supporting Sales and Marketing organizations in a B2B SaaS and/or usage-based businessStrong financial modeling skills (Excel and Google Sheets)Strong understanding of SaaS and sales metrics (ARR, pipeline, CAC, LTV, conversion, productivity, etc.)Experience building headcount and capacity models for growing teamsStrong analytical toolkit; SQL or experience working with large datasets is a plusExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersComfort operating in an evolving, fast-paced environment and building structure where it doesn’t yet existExperience in high-growth startups, PLG businesses, and/or scaling sales organizations is a big plusIf this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.BenefitsThis opportunity is also eligible for equity with early-exercise options and extended exercise windows.4 weeks of paid vacation.14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child.
