This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible not only for operational excellence but also for shaping the future of payroll as a global product offering.If you've partnered with global organizations on large-scale internal transformations, reimagined payroll as more than just a back-office function, and partnered with clients to streamline and enhance their payroll operations, this is your opportunity to make an industry-defining impact.You'll lead a diverse global team of 50+ professionals and serve as a strategic partner across product, engineering, and finance, while engaging directly with clients across 185+ countries.This role requires candidates to be located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, or Brazil. Applicants outside of these locations will not be considered.How You'll Make an Impact:Execute and shape global payroll strategy in partnership with senior leadership, ensuring alignment across Employer of Record services, technology, client service, and operations.Support the payroll product roadmap by collaborating with R&D and cross-functional teams, contributing insights to drive scalability, automation, and stronger customer experiencesOversee global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery across multiple regions.Advise clients and internal stakeholders on payroll best practices and process improvements, providing a consultative approach to optimize global payroll execution.Lead internal process improvements, streamlining workflows, integrating systems, and leveraging automation and data to improve efficiency and accuracy.Manage and develop a global payroll team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement.Maintain compliance and mitigate risks by working closely with Legal, Compliance, and regional experts to meet regulatory requirements worldwide. Let's Connect If You Have:Experience partnering with clients to improve payroll/financial services delivery, particularly within complex, multi-country environments.Proven track record implementing transformation initiatives within fast-moving, global organizations.Solid understanding of payroll as a product, with experience enhancing payroll capabilities or contributing to tech-enabled solutions.
