This role partners cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to support the full lifecycle of equity awards while driving process improvements and scalability.How You'll Make An Impact:Equity AdministrationAdminister global equity programs (RSUs, stock options, Tokens, etc.)Manage the administration of equity awardsRegistration for required countriesInputs from customersCustomer inquiries through our ticketing systemMaintain equity data in systems (GWP - Proprietary system)Payroll & Tax IntegrationPartner with Payroll to ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting for equity eventsSupport global tax compliance related to equity compensationReconcile equity transactions with payroll and finance systemsCompliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with local and global regulatory requirementsSupport audits (internal, external, SOC if applicable)Prepare reports for cross-functional teams and customersProcess Improvement & AutomationIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate equity processesDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)Improve controls and reduce manual workEmployee Experience & SupportServe as a subject matter expert for employee inquiries related to equityPartner with HR to support employee education and communicationsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with:Payroll (tax and reporting alignment)Finance (expense and accounting)Legal (plan governance and compliance)Product/Systems (if applicable) Let's Connect If You Have:5+ years of experience in equity administration, stock plan administration, or compensation operationsStrong understanding of:Equity award types (RSUs, stock options, Tokens)Taxation of equity compensation (US and/or global)Familiarity with payroll processes and integration pointsExperience supporting audits and compliance frameworks (SOC preferred)High attention to detail with strong analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferredCertified Equity Professional (CEP) designationExperience supporting global/multi-country equity programsExperience in a high-growth or scaling organizationNice to haveExperience in EOR/PEO models and cross-border payroll operations.Exposure to audit frameworks and control design/testing (e.g., SOC).Our Commitment to YouAt Pebl, we’re committed to supporting our team with comprehensive rewards and benefits designed to meet diverse needs across roles and locations.
