\n<p></p><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>£13.71 - £13.71 an hour</div><small><p style="border: none; margin: 0cm; line-height: 115%; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-family: Manrope; color: #00a298;">The Position</span></strong></p> <p>We are looking for an On-Site staff coordinator &amp; translator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&amp;Talent clients based at Pilgrims, Anwick NG34 9SL.</p> <p>The shift rota is on a 2/2/3 rotating shift pattern working from 5:30am – 6:00pm.</p> <p style="margin: 0cm -6pt 0cm 0cm; line-height: 146%; border: none; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-family: Manrope; color: #00a298;">Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Signing in agency workers at start of shift and deploying them to designated areas in the factory</li> <li>Updating attendance reports and timesheets and sending to customer</li> <li>Assisting with training staff on standard operating procedures in the factory</li> <li>Assisting agency staff with queries</li> <li>Providing basic first line management to staff whilst on shift</li> <li>Liaising with client managers to support in resolving any issues</li> <li>Please note your time will be split between the factory and on site office with a large proportion of your time being sent into the factory</li> </ul> <p style="margin: 0cm -6pt 0cm 0cm; line-height: 146%; border: none; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0cm -6pt 0cm 0cm; line-height: 146%; border: none; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><strong><span style="font-family: Manrope; color: #00a298;">A successful candidate will have</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to speak either Romanian or Bulgarian fluently</li> <li>Experience working in a fast paced factory environment</li> <li>Be comfortable working in a chicken processing factory</li> <li>Able to build relationships &amp; communicate effectively with client managers</li> <li>Experience completing basic admin tasks working on computer systems and sending reports.</li> <li>The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively</li> <li>The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>A proactive, problem-solving approach to decision-making</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></small>\n
