We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join us and help turn match data and video into products coaches rely on every day. You’ll report to the Engineering Manager be part of a cross-functional product team working closely with engineers, product managers, and product designers to build and evolve these tools. In this role, you’ll work across the stack: crafting intuitive frontend experiences, building scalable backend services, and contributing to systems that power Veo’s growing platform. \n What You Will Do<div> <ul> <li>Contribute across the full stack, building intuitive user interfaces while developing robust backend services and APIs.</li> <li>Take part in the full product lifecycle - from ideation and design to development, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.</li> <li>Build and maintain scalable systems that support Veo’s growing platform and user base.</li> <li>Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and data modeling that shape the long-term direction of the product.</li> <li>Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability in the systems the team owns.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with other teams across Veo, including AI and platform teams, to integrate insights and video-driven features into the product.</li> <li>Contribute to a healthy engineering culture through collaboration, code reviews, and shared ownership of the product.</li> </ul> </div> What You Could Bring<div> <ul> <li>5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a product-led environment.</li> <li>Experience building and operating full-stack applications, with proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, Django or PGSQL, and well as TypeScript, Node.js and React on the frontend side.</li> <li>Openness to using modern AI tools as part of software development workflows, and curiosity about how they can shape the way we design and build software systems.</li> <li>A strong sense for building products that solve real problems and deliver value to users.</li> <li>Experience designing clean, maintainable systems, with sound judgment around architectural trade-offs.</li> <li>Comfort contributing across the stack and collaborating closely with Product and Design to shape user-facing features.</li> <li>A thoughtful approach to testing, CI/CD, and maintaining production-quality systems.</li> <li>A growth mindset with curiosity for new tools, technologies, and ways of working.</li> <li>Interest in sports, video technologies, or data-driven insights is a plus.</li> </ul> </div> \nOur Copenhagen office mirrors our innovative technology – with an indoor ball court, rooftop terrace, and well-equipped gym.
