<p>Purpose of the Role&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p> </p><p>The Credit Risk Intern will support operational and transformation initiatives within the Credit Risk department, &nbsp;primarily:</p> <ul> <li>electronic document organization (and solutioning) efforts leveraging technology when possible within the Commercial Real Estate Special Accounts Management Unit (which manages defaulted loans);</li> <li>and assisting other Credit Risk teams (e.g. Retail Lending Quality Assurance) with the enablement of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) tools in select functions.</li> </ul> <p>The ideal candidate has a strong interest in process improvement and technology with a desire for exposure to a business/finance/risk environment.</p> <p></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>The Work! </b><div> <p><strong>Electronic Document Organization and Solutioning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Electronic document organization (leveraging technology when possible)</li> <li>Support solutioning for electronic document organization and automation</li> <li>Assist with process improvements and procedures as well as documentation of such.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>AI Enablement &amp; Process Support</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Support Credit Risk teams with the setup and adoption of AI tools within select functions, including organizing inputs, testing use cases, and documenting outputs.</li> <li>Assist with identifying opportunities where AI tools can improve efficiency, documentation, or analysis within Credit Risk processes.</li> <li>Support basic experimentation and learning related to AI-enabled workflows under guidance from Risk and Data partners.</li> <li>Assist with process improvements and procedures as well as documentation of such.</li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>The Experience !</b><ul> <li>Currently pursuing a <strong>Bachelor’s or Master degree in Management Information Systems (Library and Information Science), Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field</strong>.</li> <li><strong>3M to 1 yr</strong> of exposure to <strong>Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft Power Automate, Python, and/or SQL</strong>.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think systematically in developing technological and process solutions.</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and experience utilizing AI for organization and automation</li> <li>Strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li> <li>Clear written and verbal communication skills.</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n
