Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Job Responsibilities: </b><ul><li>Receive shipments from customers at SuperJet stations and verify shipment details and documentation.</li><li>Perform a basic visual inspection to ensure shipments are properly packed and safe for transportation.</li><li>Record shipment information in the company system or approved logs.</li><li>Coordinate with SuperJet drivers regarding trip schedules and shipment loading.</li><li>Supervise the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handling.</li><li>Hand over shipments at destination stations and obtain delivery confirmation or signatures.</li><li>Follow all safety, operational, and station regulations.</li><li>Handle customers professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary.</li><li>Maintain order and cleanliness in the shipment handling area.</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Job Requirements: </b><ul><li>1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field is a preferable.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma </li><li>Familiarity with our industry is a plus</li><li>Experience using the help desk and support tools</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Patience when handling tough cases</li><li>Multi-tasking abilities</li></ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n
