You will tackle complex challenges in frontend architecture, performance, and usability, directly translating real-world construction data into actionable insights for our customers. You will be a key collaborator, working closely with Backend, Product, Design, Computer Vision, and 3D teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end experiences from high-fidelity field data visualization to critical insights that affect project outcomes and real lives. If you are driven by solving meaningful, large-scale problems, deeply committed to user experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting, this is the role for you. \n Your Day to Day<ul> <li>Architect and Scale: Design, build, and scale robust frontend architectures using modern frameworks and standards (e.g., React, TypeScript, Next.js, Three.js).</li> <li>Develop High-Performance UIs: Create interactive user interfaces for real-time 3D visualizations, dashboards, and mobile-responsive tools.</li> <li>Manage Data Flow: Architect complex frontend data flows and state management, optimizing client-side performance, integrating with various APIs (REST/GraphQL), and handling large datasets.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with Backend, CV/ML, Design, and Product teams to define requirements and deliver polished, end-to-end features.</li> <li>Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement frontend reliability and operational excellence practices, including performance monitoring, error tracking, graceful degradation, and comprehensive cross-browser/device support.</li> <li>Utilize Modern Tooling: Leverage contemporary frontend infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud-hosted platforms, containerized environments, and AI-assisted development tools.</li> <li>Leadership & Best Practices: Lead by setting engineering best practices, conducting thoughtful code reviews, and driving architectural discussions across the organization.</li> </ul> What You Bring<div> <ul> <li> 4+ years of professional experience as a frontend (javascript) or full-stack engineer with significant frontend ownership. </li> <li> Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, three.js , Next.js, etc.). </li> <li> A test-driven mindset; you prioritize testing (unit/integration/e2e) as foundational to long-term code quality. </li> <li> Experience designing and maintaining large-scale, complex frontend systems used in production. </li> <li> Ability to lead frontend initiatives for end-to-end product development, setting high technical standards and influencing overall architecture. </li> <li> Proven experience integrating with and consuming scalable APIs and microservices. </li> <li> Expertise in building data-intensive UIs, dashboards, or visualization-heavy applications. </li> <li> Deep understanding of performance optimization, rendering behavior, browser internals, and frontend system design. </li> <li> Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and modern frontend build systems. </li> <li> Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. </li> <li>Preferred: Experience with data-heavy applications, real-time systems, or frontend experiences that integrate with ML, computer vision, or 3D visualization pipelines.</li> </ul> </div> Benefits & Company Culture<ul> <li>Competitive Base Salary + Equity Package</li> <li>Remote first culture</li> <li>Comprehensive Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)</li> <li>Home office setup stipend</li> <li>Monthly allowance for cell phone and internet</li> <li>Flexible PTO, generous company holiday policy, and unlimited sick days</li> </ul> \n<div>₹30,00,000 - ₹70,00,000 a year</div>\nDoxel is an equal opportunity employer and actively seeks diversity at our company.
