You own the renewals and the upsells, and scale your accounts at pace.</li></ul> Who You Are (The Profile)<ul><li>The Closer: You have 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or high-growth MarTech/AdTech. You don’t just "manage" accounts; you grow them.</li><li>The Strategist: You have a track record of closing $200k+ deals and navigating the procurement and legal hurdles of global organizations.</li><li>The Expert: You understand the digital advertising ecosystem (TikTok, Meta, Google) and can speak fluently about media performance and creative ROI.</li><li>The Self-Starter: You thrive in "Virtual-First" environments and are motivated by uncapped commission and delivering solutions that genuinely work for your clients. </li></ul> How We Hire<ul><li>Intro Call (30 min): Meet the Talent Team to discuss your experience and Vidsy’s vision.</li><li>Commercial Interview (45 min): Deep dive into your sales methodology with our Commercial Leaders.</li><li>The Workshop (90 min): Show us how you think.
