About the Role We are hiring anEnterprise Account Executive to lead Meesho AI Services (MAS) business growth through pure hunting and full-cycle sales ownership. You will be responsible for self-sourced pipeline creation, owning the entire sales funnel, and closing enterprise contracts with deal sizes of $100K+ ARR. You will apply consultative and value selling principles to position MAS as a strategic partner in enterprise CX transformation \n What you will do<ul> <li> Hunting & Pipeline Development-Source, nurture, and qualify your own leads through outbound cold outreach, personal connections & networking, LinkedIn & Email outreach & industry events. </li> <li> Build and maintain a predictable pipeline with 3-4X coverage of quarterly targets. </li> <li> Navigate complex enterprise environments to open new logos. </li> <li> Full Sales Cycle Execution-Run structured discovery to understand enterprise/midmarket clients pain points and metrics. </li> <li> Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes. </li> <li> Present tailored MAS solutions demonstrating clear business outcomes. </li> <li> Lead proposal generation, ROI modelling, pricing discussions, negotiation, and contract closure. </li> <li> Strategic & Consultative Selling-articulate value of MAS solution in measurable business terms (cost, SLA improvements, performance uplift). </li> <li> Influence multi-stakeholder decision processes, including CX, Operations, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams. </li> <li> Cross-Functional Collaboration-Partner with Solutions, Product, and Delivery teams for pilot/PoC scoping and technical validation. </li> <li> Provide market insights to shape product and GTM strategy. </li> <li> CRM & Forecasting Discipline </li> <li> Maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce/HubSpot. </li> <li> Report weekly progress against targets with transparent metrics & client insights </li> </ul> What you will need<div> <ul> <li> 6+ years in enterprise/midmarket SaaS/AI/Contact Center hunting roles. </li> <li> Demonstrated track record of closing $100K+ ACV deals in complex B2B environments. </li> <li> Experience engaging senior business and technical stakeholders. </li> <li> Strong consultative and value selling capability. </li> <li> Ability to map complex client org structures, identify the right ICPs, and navigate multiple departments to reach true decision-makers and buying intent. </li> <li> Ability to translate client operational challenges into quantifiable business outcomes. </li> <li> Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. </li> <li> Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales tools. </li> <li> Proficiency in MEDDPICC/BANT methodologies for structured account qualification and mapping. </li> <li> Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments and 0–1 journeys. </li> <li> Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes. </li> <li> Demonstrated enterprise sales experience in the Indian market. </li> <li> Comfortable working in 0–1 and 1–10 setups, including building from scratch and scaling processes. </li> <li> Ability to work effectively in small, high-impact teams with high ownership. </li> <li> Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. </li> </ul> </div> \nAbout us  Welcome to Meesho, where every story begins with a spark of inspiration and a dash of entrepreneurial spirit.
