This fully onsite role is responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, supporting month-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and contributing to financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul> <li>Lead and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes</li> <li>Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger analysis</li> <li>Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP</li> <li>Assist with preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules</li> <li>Analyze financial data and provide insights to management</li> <li>Support budgeting and forecasting activities</li> <li>Manage fixed assets, accruals, and prepaid accounts</li> <li>Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits</li> <li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Qualifications</b><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)</li> <li>4+ years of progressive accounting experience</li> <li>Public accounting experience preferred</li> <li>Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles</li> <li>Public accounting experience preferred</li> <li>CPA or CPA-eligible is a plus</li> <li>Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> </ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<div>$80,000 - $100,000 a year</div>\n<p>#GHJSS #LI-JE1</p>
