The ideal candidate will perform routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of  sewer collection system conveyance piping, valves, miscellaneous fitting and other assigned assets.    This position is eligible for a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus.\n Essential duties are, but not limited to:<ul> <li>Performing all routine, preventive and corrective maintenance assignments that are assigned to by the project's preventive and corrective maintenance and repair program.</li> <li>Performing all work in a safe and professional manner by following established safety, operating, and emergency response procedures.</li> <li>Performing all work to produce an end result which meets all goals and objectives set by project management.</li> <li>Performing all work in a safe and professional manner by following established safety, operating, and emergency response procedures.</li> <li>Performing all work to produce an end result which meets all goals and objectives set by project management.</li> <li>Operate equipment for the rehabilitation of manholes and maintenance of the collection system.</li> <li>Responds to and resolves customer complaints.</li> <li>Performs record keeping/data entry.  Record daily reading of equipment and processes.</li> <li>Cleans and maintains facilities buildings and grounds.</li> <li>Repairs yards following maintenance procedures.</li> <li>Monitors inventory of parts supplies and chemicals.</li> <li>Communicates with co-workers on processes and job activities.</li> <li>Assists in the inspection processes of sewer lines and manholes.</li> <li>Assist in the maintenance and operations of the CCTV inspection system.</li> <li>Occasionally assists in the location of utility lines.</li> <li>Assist in Asset Management and Maintenance Programs</li> <li>Repairs and maintain sewer lines, manholes and lift stations.</li> <li>Responds to emergency situations. </li> </ul> Schedule:<ul> <li>Monday – Friday, 1st shift.
