You will be repairing water pipes, valves, hydrants and other appurtenances.&nbsp; As well as operating a variety of heavy equipment such as excavators, track loaders, vac-trucks and backhoes.&nbsp; You will also be welding and fabricating parts and tools, repairing water mains, assisting with responding to and resolving customer complaints, repairing streets, driveways and yards following installation operations.&nbsp; Lastly, you will assist in locating, and inspecting new lines, and other related duties.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Positions are available for licensed, experienced operations and maintenance professionals, and for inexperienced individuals looking for their first full-time job, or those in the water/sewer industry seeking to make a career change.&nbsp;Those filling these rewarding, full-time positions will be part of a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and/or process control at water and wastewater facilities.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">Schedule: Will require an irregular work schedule and overtime hours</span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>What will you need to succeed?</b><ul><li>&nbsp;Positive attitude and work ethic.</li><li>High School graduate or equivalent. A mechanical/technical/vocational school background or experience is a plus.</li><li>A valid Missouri motor vehicle operator's license. A commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus.</li><li>The ability to perform manual labor.
