We hope everyone in our community is on an active journey to become who God made them to be, abiding in Him, and drawing closer every day. \n What You’ll Do <ul> <li>Execute all project management for communication campaigns to support the Marketing Team’s deliverables and ongoing complex processes.</li> <li>Maintain a detailed understanding of the desired outcomes of each project and identify stakeholders.</li> <li>Establish and communicate complex task dependencies and cross-team coordination.</li> <li>Partner with project requestors and stakeholders to learn about the need while helping define the scope, scale, and duration.</li> <li>Develop and manage a detailed project schedule that utilizes project management platforms, industry best practices, techniques, and standards.</li> <li>Oversee all resource scheduling and allocation to meet deadlines and objectives.</li> <li>Retrieve all incoming project requests and conclude the best process to allocate time and people toward the project.</li> <li>Forecast resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.</li> <li>Effectively manage time when allocating resources by anticipating needs and planning based on the time available and assigned to each team member.</li> <li>Provide project updates on a routine basis to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.</li> <li>Monitor tasks and project progress to make adjustments and recommendations as necessary.</li> <li>Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, conduct regular project reviews and create reports for the team and leadership.</li> <li>Maintain and publish the global communications campaign calendar for products and audience segments.</li> </ul> Skills Needed to Succeed<ul> <li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and manage contract negotiations.</li> <li>Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and problem solve.</li> <li>Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies.</li> <li>Ability to manage conflict and differing opinions while maintaining composure.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others.</li> <li>Ability to take a great vision and turn it into reality through strategic execution.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail that improves productivity, efficiency, and performance within the team.</li> <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li> <li>3-5 years of work-related experience.</li> <li>Project management certification preferred.</li> <li>Familiarity with project management software(i.e., Asana, Wrike, etc.).</li> </ul> \n<h4>Benefits We Offer</h4> <ul> <li>Paid parental leave, including maternity, paternity, and adoption leave.</li> <li>Generous employer-paid leave for the use of vacation, sick time, and other qualifying reasons. </li> <li>Innovative and comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance that provides team members with useful resources and savings to navigate their holistic health. </li> <li>Life insurance policy provided for all staff members at 2x annual salary at no cost.
