This role provides senior technical leadership for voice infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and resilient communications for mission-critical operations.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><br>Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage all call routing and set up from the DISA Tier 0 hierarchy down to individual strategic sites.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide secure and non-secure voice system/network engineering, integration, and installation services.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Plans, implements, and manages the theater voice architecture to include: upgrades to Gatekeepers, Voice Gateway Routers (VGR), Cisco Unified Call Managers (CUCM), and VoIP/VoSIP firmware across the strategic network.&nbsp;<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Manages a traditional Defense Switched Network (DSN) network that provides traditional voice T-1 and SIP trunks terminating at Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) switches, North Atlantic Treaty Organization Private Branch Exchange (NATO PBXs), and Internet Gateway Exchange (IGX) Commercial providers.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide engineering services for the installation and upgrading of voice and data systems/networks.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate with other stakeholders operating in the CENTCOM AOR on behalf of the Government to manage implementation processes as applicable to VoIP, VoSIP, and POTS, and document and support the engineering transition from traditional switches POTS to VoIP and VoSIP.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide engineering expertise in meeting and sustaining USARCENT requirements for installation, operation, maintenance, and protection (IOMP) of voice systems/networks.</p> <p><br><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <p><br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Secret<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;DoD 8570.01 M compliance for IAT Level III with a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration certification or higher</p> <p><br><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p> <p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s Degree</p> <p></p> <p><strong>About PingWind</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>PingWind is focused on delivering outstanding services to the federal government.
