This is a role for a proven hunter and closer who thrives in competitive environments, engages C-level executives with confidence, and consistently delivers results. You’ll be selling a category-defining solution, and playing a key role in shaping our revenue engine. \n What Your Impact Will Look Like:<div> <ul> <li>Own and manage the end-to-end sales process for accounts with an ACV from 18K to 25K USD.</li> <li>Prospect, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of new logos while expanding within existing customers.</li> <li>Lead consultative, value-driven sales conversations with VP and C-level executives.</li> <li>Build and execute territory plans to systematically open new opportunities.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Consultants and Marketing to accelerate pipeline.</li> <li>Accurately forecast and manage deals through disciplined pipeline management.</li> <li>Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets.</li> </ul> </div> What You'll Bring To The Team:<div> <ul> <li>7-8 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Account Executive roles within SaaS, Software, or Technology Services, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.</li> <li>2+ years of hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline generation.</li> <li>At least 2-3 years of experience managing the US regions.</li> <li>Working knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or Consultative Selling.</li> <li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas in the $500K–$700K range (new business).</li> <li>Consistent overachievement, President’s Club membership, or Top Performer recognition is a strong plus.</li> <li>Strong communication, negotiation, discovery, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Ability to build relationships, engage CXO-level stakeholders, and manage complex deal cycles.</li> </ul> </div> How We Care For Our Sprinters :<div> <ul> <li>Work wherever you are: We’re 100% remote, so you get to choose if you want to work from home, cafe, hills or beaches.</li> <li>Co-working, on the house: If co-working is your jam, we offer a generous annual allowance of up to INR 14,000 annually* for social working.</li> <li>We care about your learning: We are invested in seeing you grow, and commit USD 1000 annually to help you level up your skills.</li> <li>We count your spark, not your leaves: We care about you not just as an employee, but as a person.
