We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – eSIM to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our eSIM product portfolio across digital channels. This role plays a key part in anticipating user needs and driving the design and launch of impactful new features in all our digital distribution platforms (web, app, APIs).  The ideal candidate combines digital product leadership with a strong technical understanding of eSIM technology and the ability to create and deliver compelling sales and marketing materials that empower our sales teams across consumer, enterprise, and wholesale channels. Position will report to the head of the IDT Digital Payment business and work closely with engineering, operations, marketing, carrier partners, and enterprise clients.\n Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Product Strategy & Ownership</li><li>Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for digital-first eSIM solutions. </li><li>Identify growth opportunities across consumer, enterprise and wholesale markets. </li><li>Prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.</li></ul> Digital Experience & Growth <ul><li>Drive end-to-end digital experiences for purchase, activation, and lifecycle management</li><li>Partner with UX/UI teams to design frictionless journeys that maximize adoption and retention.</li><li>Own/Track/Report KPIs such as conversion rates, adoption, ARPU, and gross margin</li></ul> Technical & Ecosystem Expertise<ul><li>Translate the eSIM technology stack (SM-DP+, SM-SR, GSMA standards, entitlement servers, carrier provisioning) into product requirements. </li><li>Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and QA teams in an agile environment to deliver features and execute on the roadmap.</li></ul><div> </div> Sales & Marketing Enablement<ul><li>Create, maintain, and own sales and marketing product materials (presentations, one-pagers, FAQs, product playbooks, demos) for use across sales channels.</li><li>Partner with sales leadership to ensure teams have the right tools and messaging to effectively position and sell eSIM products.</li><li>Support marketing campaigns and product launches with product-focused content and collateral</li></ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Align with operations and support teams to enhance provisioning reliability and troubleshooting flows.</li><li>Work with marketing and growth teams on acquisition campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.</li><li>Support business development teams in onboarding enterprise clients and resellers via APIs/SDKs.</li><li>Qualifications include but are not limited to</li></ul> Experience<ul><li>5+ years in product management (telecom, connectivity, or digital services strongly preferred).</li><li>Proven experience launching and scaling digital-first products (mobile apps, e-commerce, or SaaS).</li><li>Exposure to working with telecom operators, aggregators, or connectivity platforms.</li></ul> Technical Knowledge<ul><li>Understanding of eSIM/eUICC technology stack.</li><li>Familiarity with telecom systems (HLR/HSS, entitlement servers, provisioning flows).</li><li>Comfort working with APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows.</li></ul> Skills<ul><li>Strong communicator able to craft compelling sales enablement materials.</li><li>Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and strategic thinking.</li><li>Familiarity using tools Google Analytics, Power Bi, Looker, Amplitude.</li><li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features and commercial value.</li></ul> \n<div>$100,000 - $100,000 a year</div>\nAbout us:<a rel="noopener noreferrer" class="postings-link" style="font-size: 16px;" href="https://www.idt.net/">IDT</a> is a Communications and Money Transfer company founded in 1990 and headquartered in Newark, New Jersey.
