To co-ordinate efforts and share ideas.</li> <li>Achieve set individual and business targets through campaigns.</li> <li>Present to both employers and employees, where required.</li> <li>Demonstrate the highest professional standards in all dealings with both existing and prospective clients.</li> <li>Develop business relationships quickly and remotely with a robust contact and engagement strategy with all stakeholders including providers and clients.</li> <li>Highlight key sales differentiators to promote Titan proposition.</li> <li>Undertake projects, organise events and take responsibility for communicating with/ to stakeholders including clients, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives.</li> <li>Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business.
