Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procedures. Assisting the operation of effective systems and controls to mitigate business risks and to ensure compliance with the regulatory system. There is an expectation to travel regularly across your patch to build relationships and provide on-the-ground support, with approximately two days per week spent visiting advisers.</strong></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> <p></p> </div></section> <p></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities </b><ul> <li>To act as first line Supervisor to Financial Planners of varying experience, based in varying locations.</li> <li>Ensure that Financial Planners within your span of control are supervised in accordance with the Group T&amp;C Scheme.</li> <li>Deliver new entrant training and other training interventions as required.</li> <li>Work closely with the Training &amp; Development Team to fulfil the objectives of each Trainee through to CAS and beyond.</li> <li>Undertake Role Plays, Live Observations and Competency Assessments as required, and provide feedback to Planners.</li> <li>Assessment of KPIs to identify development areas, agree CPD and deliver appropriate coaching and training to support and help develop Planners.</li> <li>Assist Group Compliance with ensuring that training material is kept up to date and with the development of new material as required.</li> <li>Ensure own ongoing competency.</li> <li>Promote and display the client-centric culture of the business.</li> <li>Proactively share best practice.
