Your role is to be the key person generating the insight that helps us to make data-driven decisions to improve our product.  Tribe focus areas:  While the core role is consistent, each tribe offers a different problem space and stage of maturity: <ul> <li data-section-id="urdn9y" data-start="2220" data-end="2726"> Unsecured Personal Loans (UPL) Tribe (Established / Optimisation & Growth) Focused on accelerating growth in a well-established, high-performing product. The role centres on optimising the lending funnel, improving conversion and balancing trade-offs across risk and commercial performance. Best suited to someone commercially minded who enjoys refining mature products, driving incremental gains and working on high-visibility, revenue-critical problems. </li> <li data-section-id="qhiwpc" data-start="2728" data-end="3196"> Current Account Tribe (Rapidly growing / High Growth) Launched in June 2025 as the “Biscuit” account, the Zopa Current Account is a rapidly growing new product that’s fundamental to the bank’s future growth ambitions. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will develop a detailed understanding of who our customers are and how they use the account, guiding product development towards solutions that improve outcomes for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment where you can have an outsized impact in the early stages of a new product. With so many decisions to inform, quick high conviction directional insights can sometimes be more valuable than achieving 100% precision on every answer. </li> <li> AI Tribe (Foundational / Builder) We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our AI tribe. This is a builder-style role focused on improving how transaction data is enriched, structured and trusted - and on raising the bar for how we experiment and learn. This role is about owning ambiguous problems, designing thoughtful experiments, and pushing systems forward through curiosity and disciplined analysis of the outcomes.    </li> <li>Payments Tribe (Scaling / Establishing Analytics Foundations) This is a foundational Product Analyst role within Payments. While the tribe is established, it has not previously had dedicated Product Analytics support. You will be the embedded analytics partner for Payments - shaping how insight is generated, how metrics are defined, and how decisions are made. This role will suit someone who enjoys building clarity in complex spaces, creating structure where ambiguity exists, and becoming the trusted expert in a domain.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>CRM (Evolving / High Impact) We’re investing in CRM analytics to help us move from campaign-led execution to a more customer-led strategy. With over 1.7 million customers, this role will play a key part in shaping how we target audiences, measure performance, and understand the true value of our communications. You’ll help bring consistency, working across CRM, Product and Marketing to deliver insight that drives better customer outcomes. It’s an opportunity to join at an early stage and have real influence on how this capability evolves.  This role will suit someone who enjoys turning data into practical insight, is curious about customer behaviour, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where they can drive real customer impact.  </li> <li> Mobile App Tribe (Platform Ownership / Growth & Commercial Impact) The mobile app is how customers experience Zopa, from onboarding to managing their money and discovering new products. This role owns the app as a horizontal platform, while also being accountable for key commercial outcomes such as in-app conversion and product adoption. You’ll define and track metrics, identify opportunities to improve performance, and drive changes that deliver both customer value and measurable business impact.
