the&nbsp;long-term&nbsp;vision&nbsp;for&nbsp;performance marketing&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;related&nbsp;strategy for profitable new-to-bank growth,&nbsp;aligned to&nbsp;both&nbsp;Zopa’s commercial goals and&nbsp;the&nbsp;brand direction.</li><li>Translate long-term growth ambitions into clear channel strategies, investment&nbsp;frameworks&nbsp;and&nbsp;measurable outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop clear alignment&nbsp;between Performance Marketing and&nbsp;Product&nbsp;on&nbsp;underlying&nbsp;unit economics.</li><li>Balance scale and efficiency, ensuring growth is sustainable and value-accretive.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><b>Working cross-functionally</b>&nbsp;</li><li>Partner closely with&nbsp;respective&nbsp;Marketing&nbsp;teams to ensure performance activity is powered by strong&nbsp;messaging&nbsp;and&nbsp;distinctive creative,&nbsp;with&nbsp;clear&nbsp;targeting&nbsp;and&nbsp;an&nbsp;aligned testing&nbsp;approach.</li><li>Develop a collaborative&nbsp;and integrated&nbsp;approach to ensure creative and media works as one system.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with&nbsp;Lifetime Value&nbsp;and Customer&nbsp;Analytics&nbsp;teams to&nbsp;ensure the right measurement and tracking is in place, refine targeting models and&nbsp;ground&nbsp;future&nbsp;decisions in robust valuation,&nbsp;attribution&nbsp;and tracking.</li><li>Work closely with the&nbsp;Current Account Product tribe&nbsp;and&nbsp;Product&nbsp;Marketing&nbsp;team&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure features, claims and conversion journeys are additive to the performance marketing endeavours.</li><li>Act as a senior thought partner across the organisation, influencing decisions beyond performance&nbsp;marketing&nbsp;alone&nbsp;and contributing to marketing, lead and develop high-performing in-house talent, creating clarity,&nbsp;pace&nbsp;and accountability. </li><li>Manage and get the best from agency partners, ensuring fast, high-quality delivery across key performance channels.</li><li>Remove blockers and improve ways of working to enable rapid iteration and continuous improvement.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><b>Championing test and learn</b>&nbsp;</li><li>Embed a&nbsp;relentless test-and-learn mindset,&nbsp;continuously spotting new opportunities across&nbsp;AI,&nbsp;channels, formats,&nbsp;audiences&nbsp;and propositions.</li><li>Bring strong judgement to&nbsp;prioritisation, focusing effort and spend on the highest-impact opportunities.</li><li>Build key supplier and platform relationships to ensure Zopa’s approach is innovative, contemporary and at the forefront of performance marketing,&nbsp;leverage&nbsp;best practice proactively.</li><li>Evaluate new opportunities as they arise and adjust testing roadmap accordingly.</li></ul><p><br></p><b>About you...</b><ul><li><b>Experience</b>&nbsp;</li><li>A strong&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of scaling customer acquisition through&nbsp;performance marketing, ideally in fintech, digital, subscription or marketplace businesses.</li><li>Deep experience across major performance channels, with a clear understanding of incrementality and value, not just volume.</li><li>Experience managing&nbsp;large budgets,&nbsp;agencies&nbsp;and senior stakeholders.</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li><b>Mindset</b>&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Commercially sharp, with
