Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a <strong>People + Culture Coordinator</strong> to join their dynamic team.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This position is responsible for day-to-day learning and onboarding coordination, with the expectation that over time, the role will broaden to cover a wider set of People + Culture coordination activities, including firm-wide HR Business Partner support.</p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities:</b><ul> <li>Deliver the local portion of new employee orientation while working with department leaders to create onboarding and training agendas as well as scheduling meetings for both self-led and instructor-led trainings to ensure a seamless new hire transition.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for the ambassador process including working with hiring leaders to assign the ambassador and educate new ambassadors on their responsibilities as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate with all leaders and&nbsp;departments&nbsp;trainers to continually enhance new hire onboarding&nbsp;and training.&nbsp;</li> <li>Act as the liaison between local leaders and Aprio operational teams in HR, IT and other departments as needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist&nbsp;department trainers&nbsp;in&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;new hire and intern agendas for onboarding and training&nbsp;and updating&nbsp;basic&nbsp;training materials as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate with Learning and Development for more complex changes to new hire training.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Support HR Business Partners in providing support to the business as needed</li> <li>Completing and tracking the job requisition process&nbsp;</li> <li>Organize and facilitate 30, 60, 90 day reviews as well as exit interviews.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Summarize results and share back HRBP to help ensure employee retention and to develop people leaders.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist team members in navigating Aprio policies and processes.</li> <li>Maintain high level of confidentiality.</li> <li>Understand&nbsp;and&nbsp;comply&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;Company’s&nbsp;policies,&nbsp;procedures,&nbsp;and&nbsp;work&nbsp;rules.&nbsp;</li> <li>Complete miscellaneous research, reports, and projects as requested.</li> </ul><p><br></p><b>Qualifications:</b><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in HR related field preferred.</li> <li>1+ years of administrative experience, preferably within People + Culture/ Human Resources.</li> <li> <div>Comfortability with coordinating orientation/training schedules with L&amp;D and stakeholders; detail-oriented and able to juggle priorities.</div> </li> <li>Familiarity with onboarding and HRIS systems preferred.</li> <li> <div>Proficient in Microsoft 365/Teams; able to learn HR systems quickly (Workday preferred).</div> </li> <li> <div>Strong customer-service mindset;
