This role is a fit for someone with a genuine curiosity for how things work, a strong eye for UI craft, and the drive to ship and improve without waiting to be told what to do next. \n What you'll be working on<ul> <li>Supporting the product designer and taking ownership on day-to-day design tasks for internal martech tools and dashboards</li> <li>Getting hands-on with our design system. Polishing components, flagging inconsistencies, and learning how design decisions scale across a product</li> <li>Working closely with engineers and product stakeholders in a lightweight, fast-moving environment</li> </ul> What we're looking for<ul> <li>You have some visual design foundation, whether that comes from UI, graphic, motion, or any other design discipline</li> <li>Professional experience is a plus but not a must. A strong portfolio or side projects matter more</li> <li>You're proactive. You spot gaps and move on them without waiting for a brief</li> <li>You get unblocked fast. You ask early, communicate clearly, and keep the team in the loop</li> <li>You find internal tooling and dashboards genuinely interesting. Designing for power users is its own craft</li> <li> You have a strong UI eye and care about polish. When working with existing components, you notice what’s off and know how to bring it up to standard</li> <li>But you don’t get hung up on pixels. You prioritise shipping and product progress over pixel-perfect execution</li> <li>Tool-agnostic and AI-curious. You’ve explored beyond Figma and actively look for ways to optimise your workflow</li> <li>Currently enrolled in a design-related field, based in Berlin for a hybrid setup, and fluent in English</li> </ul> What you won’t be doing<ul> <li>Prioritise Pixel perfect design over product development</li> <li>Working in a siloed design team</li> <li>Waiting for the perfect briefing before starting.
