The specialist will oversee benefits administration, vendor management, budgeting, benefit launches in new locations, automating benefits-related processes and continuous process improvement.</span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities: Budgeting, Cost Control &amp; Benefits Portfolio Management</b><ul><li>Own annual &amp; quarterly benefits budgeting, cost planning, forecasting, and ongoing cost control.</li><li>Analyze utilization, trends, and vendor reports to identify optimization opportunities.</li><li>Support Finance with accurate accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Vendor Management &amp; Renewals:</b><ul><li>Lead vendor relationships and service quality oversight across all benefit programs.</li><li>Manage renewal cycles: negotiations, pricing reviews, and contractual updates, conduct RFPs, evaluate new vendors, and manage transitions when changing providers.</li><li>Ensure vendors meet SLAs, compliance obligations, and expected service standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Benefits Implementation in New Locations:</b><ul><li>Lead benefit setup in new countries: research, design, benchmarking, legal compliance, and roll-out.&nbsp;</li><li>Select and negotiate with new benefit providers in emerging markets.</li><li>Partner with Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure a smooth implementation and communication plan.</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Market Benchmarking, Analytics &amp; Strategy:</b><ul><li>Conduct ongoing benchmarking to ensure benefits competitiveness in all operating regions.</li><li>Analyze market data, employee feedback, and usage patterns to recommend design changes. </li><li>Support the evolution of the benefits strategy with data-driven recommendations.</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Benefits Administration:</b><ul><li>Serve as escalation point for complex employee benefit issues, exceptions, and claim challenges.</li><li>Oversee compliance with statutory benefits requirements (e.g., pensions, local reporting).</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Process Design &amp; Governance:</b><ul><li>Create, document, and maintain end-to-end benefits processes across all regions.</li><li>Introduce standardization, controls, and efficiencies in benefits operations.</li><li>Automates benefits-related processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><b>Requirements:</b><ul><li>5+ years in benefits or Total Rewards roles in multinational organizations.</li><li>Expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and statutory reporting.</li><li>Experience setting up benefits in new markets and managing transitions between vendors.
