As a VoIP Engineer, your mission will be to own the stability, performance, and scaling of Aircall’s core telephony infrastructure. You will be a crucial technical driver in the adoption of cutting-edge cloud telephony technologies, ensuring secure, high-quality, and reliable voice connectivity for our global customer base. You will bridge the gap between traditional telecom and modern cloud-native engineering.\n What you'll do: <ul><li>Own the Voice Stack: Design, implement, and maintain the SIP/RTP/WebRTC infrastructure that powers our global voice platform.</li><li>Cloud SBC Management: Take primary responsibility for the configuration, deployment, and operation of our Cloud Session Border Controllers (SBCs), with deep expertise in Ribbon to manage carrier interconnects, security policies, and numbering plan logic.</li><li>DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure: Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to manage voice infrastructure on AWS.
