Aircall is searching for a Senior Accounts Payable  Accountant ( AP Accountant) to join the finance team. The main task will be to perform accounting operations autonomously, especially the monthly closing activities for several international legal entities.    Perform accounting operations under supervision   Tools used: Oracle NetSuite, Gappify, Navan, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and AI tools\n Key Responsibilities<ul> <li>Book supplier invoices, following our Procure-to-Pay process, in NetSuite</li> <li>Follow-up with all departments regarding their open Purchase Orders on NetSuite</li> <li>Be one of the point of contacts for any vendor-related queries</li> <li>Maintain supplier master data, making sure all data is accurate and verifying compliance documentation </li> <li>Manage the prepaid account</li> <li>Reconcile vendor accounts and following up with internal teams, if necessary</li> <li>Participate to any ad-hoc financial activities</li> <li>Participate in the monthly closing</li> <li>Support audits</li> <li>Maintain our Travel & Expense system</li> <li>Ensure financial reporting policies, procedures and controls are documented and up to date</li> <li>Assist and support the AP Manager in any accounting related matters</li> <li>Be a key member of the broader Finance Team</li> </ul> Qualifications:<ul> <li>A proven experience in an accounting department</li> <li>Experience in process optimisation and implementation</li> <li>Fluent English spoken and written</li> <li>French skills would be a plus</li> <li>Degree in accounting would be a plus</li> <li>You are tech savvy and data driven</li> <li>Interested in / experienced in  AI implementation</li> <li>Rigor, organization and communication skills will be key to succeed in this role </li> </ul> \nWhy join us? 🚀 Key moment to join Aircall in terms of growth and opportunities💆‍♀️ Our people matter, work-life balance is important at Aircall📚 Fast-learning environment, entrepreneurial and strong team spirit🌍 45+ Nationalities: cosmopolite & multi-cultural mindset💶 Competitive salary package & benefits DE&I Statement: At Aircall, we believe diversity, equity and inclusion – irrespective of origins, identity, background and orientations – are core to our journey.  We pride ourselves on promoting active inclusion within our business to foster a strong sense of belonging for all.
