You will&nbsp;operate&nbsp;in&nbsp;discovery mode—identifying&nbsp;opportunities, shaping early partnerships, and helping us learn where our assets and capabilities can create value for AI-native companies and technology innovators.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 11pt;">This is a fully remote role that starts as a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time&nbsp;position.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p></p><p><br></p><b>What You'll Do </b><ul><li>Scan the AI ecosystem for emerging trends, technologies, and partnership opportunities relevant to professional learning and&nbsp;human data products.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop a structured approach to hypothesis testing and opportunity validation.&nbsp;</li><li>Share market intelligence and partnership learnings with senior leadership to shape long-term strategy.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Initiate and cultivate relationships with AI-native companies, technology innovators, and ecosystem players.&nbsp;</li><li>Structure and negotiate early-stage agreements that enable experimentation and learning.&nbsp;</li><li>Build joint value propositions and co-create pilot programs with partners.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate closely with product&nbsp;and&nbsp;engineering teams to align partnership initiatives with corporate growth priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Influence internal stakeholders to secure resources and&nbsp;support for&nbsp;partnership-driven pilots.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Translate insights from discovery into scalable GTM models and partnership frameworks.&nbsp;</li><li>Define success metrics for pilots and measure impact to inform future investment decisions.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><b>What You'll Need to Succeed </b><ul><li>10+ years&nbsp;in business development, strategic partnerships, or product management.&nbsp;</li><li>5+ years in&nbsp;fast-paced, execution-driven roles&nbsp;</li><li>Track record&nbsp;of closing partnerships/alliances in AI, data marketplace&nbsp;services, annotation/data&nbsp;ops, ML infrastructure, or similar&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in&nbsp;Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field&nbsp;preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p></p>\n<p>Colibri Group welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed in the job description.
