The Revex Platform is the shared foundation that supports more than 25 product teams (Revex Pods) and powers our entire revex vertical. It serves over 35 frontend applications and 100+ backend services and workers across critical services.\n Responsibilities<ul> <li>Drive developer experience and system health metrics across revex vertical and ensure compliance to latest standards across the organization. </li> <li>Drive measurable improvements in developer productivity, system reliability, observability, and deployment speed across 35+ frontend and 100+ backend services & workers.</li> <li>Explore and adopt modern tools, including AI-powered solutions, to accelerate development and reduce repetitive work.</li> <li>Identify recurring pain points, bottlenecks, and repetitive work across engineering teams, then design and deliver scalable solutions that eliminate them permanently.</li> <li>Solve complex UI performance and reactivity issues to deliver fast, consistent user experiences at scale.</li> <li>Define and enforce engineering standards and best practices across the organization and revex vertical.</li> <li>Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, testing, monitoring, alerting, and overall developer experience.</li> <li>Mentor engineers, lead architecture discussions, conduct code reviews, and foster technical excellence and ownership.</li> <li>Proactively identify and solve performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and security concerns in a multi-tenant environment.</li> </ul> Requirements<ul> <li>6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong expertise in frontend development.</li> <li>Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and building full-stack web applications.</li> <li>Prior work integrating or building AI-powered developer tools which improve developer productivity.</li> <li>Strong hands-on backend experience with Node.js and Cloud Platform, familiarity with Cloudflare CDN is a plus</li> <li>Good understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, asynchronous job processing, and queuing systems</li> <li>Proven track record of architecting complex systems and delivering scalable, high-performance web apps in production.</li> <li>Strong understanding of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture in a multi-tenant environment.</li> <li>Skilled in guiding technical architecture, making high-impact engineering decisions, and mentoring fellow engineers.</li> <li>Experience with code quality practices, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and dev tooling optimization.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills, with clear and collaborative communication across cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> Preferred Experience<ul> <li>Proven experience treating internal platforms as products (Platform as a Product mindset)</li> <li>Contributions to open-source projects, internal platforms, developer tools, or engineering blogs</li> <li>Experience of Module Federation , Micro Apps and Frontend SDKs</li> </ul> \nEEO Statement   The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
