About This Position   As part of Intersect’s Engineering team, you’ll help ensure our utility-scale solar portfolio performs at its highest potential. This role combines deep technical rigor with real-world impact—leading PV capacity testing, refining advanced energy models, and translating complex performance data into actionable insights that drive long-run asset value. Planned to start in mid-Q1, this role includes a four-week training period, with the expectation of full productivity by mid-Q2. You’ll collaborate closely with Asset Management, Project Engineering, and Operations to deliver defensible performance assessments and engineering solutions that strengthen reliability, optimize generation, and support long-term infrastructure performance.   Team Overview   This team plays a critical role in advancing Intersect’s mission to accelerate the renewable energy transition.
